Gengo services are moving to Lionbridge

Thank you for being a valued Gengo customer. As you may know, Gengo is part of Lionbridge. To give you an enhanced and broader service, we're folding Gengo fully into Lionbridge's centralized processes from 1 January 2027.

What this means for you

• Nothing changes right now. Gengo stays fully available until the end of December 2026.
• The same team and trusted quality, now with direct access to Lionbridge's full range of services, languages and expertise.
• A smooth move. We'll help you set up your Lionbridge account and continue your work without interruption.

What happens next

Over the coming weeks, we'll email you personally with the details that apply to your service. Please make sure the email address on your Gengo account is up to date.
